What our clients say

Road Survey & Design
“Richard’s work has always been well presented and of a high caliber.  He puts a lot of effort into ensuring that all the options have been thoroughly investigated and thought out. Also, Richard is very good at coming back to the client to discuss issues and to ensure that the product that he is delivering, is what you are after. He is also prepared to listen and learn and he achieves this by following up on his design work once it is implemented.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Logic Forest Solutions for a harvest planning contract.”

Steve Couper, North Island Forestry Estate Manager, Ernslaw One Ltd

Contract Harvest Planning
“All harvest planning was completed on time and in accordance with Kaingaroa Timberlands requirements. This was achieved without fuss or unnecessary management and direction from KTML.

Richard and the LFS team demonstrated that they are technically competent in both hauler and ground base planning and were able to provide sound practical solutions where difficult situations arose.

The KTML harvesting and planning teams were impressed by Richard’s co-operative manner and willingness to understand and implement our specific operating requirements. KTML considers LFS a preferred supplier of harvest planning services and would look to utilise their services to meet any future shortfalls in our planning capability. I have no hesitation in recommending LFS for prospective harvest planning opportunities.”

Department of Conservation Walking Track upgrade
“Logic Forest Solutions in April 2007 completed an $80,000 Track Formation Contract for the Department of Conservation on a 1.5 km section of the Northern Circuit in Tongariro National Park. This track construction was of an advanced technical design compared with the previous types of tracks constructed within the Park. The works were completed in very quick time. Logic Forest Solutions staff fitted in well with the members of the public and hut wardens at the hut and with those who passed them on the work site. At completion of the works they left both the work site and the hut in a very tidy condition.”
